Immersive language learning refers to creating a comprehensive language environment where educators consistently use the target language throughout daily activities, allowing young children to acquire it naturally. Through games, art, music, stories, and even during mealtimes, children hear and use the language in real-life contexts. This process mirrors how a first language is learned, allowing children not only to pick up vocabulary and grammar but also to understand cultural nuances and expressions. Immersive language learning not only strengthens children’s language abilities but also boosts their confidence and enhances their cross-cultural communication skills.
During the annual cultural education activities held each spring, young children are introduced to different foreign cultures, learning to respect diverse values while also reflecting on their own. Children are naturally open to new cultures and languages. Throughout the year, we also celebrate major festivals from both Eastern and Western traditions, enriching their lives with a sense of ceremony. Through these experiences, children gain an understanding of the origins and unique features of each festival, promoting cross-cultural awareness and inclusiveness. These diverse and engaging cultural education activities not only broaden their perspectives but also foster acceptance and global thinking.
Early childhood is a golden period for developing various abilities and values, which is why aesthetic education is one of our core focuses. We provide a wide range of art activities, such as painting, DIY crafts, clay modeling, and group creations, allowing children to freely express their creativity and imagination. Through these artistic endeavors, children not only develop an appreciation for beauty but also enhance their observational skills and hands-on creativity. In group projects, they learn to collaborate, share, and cultivate team spirit. We believe that every child is a natural artist, and through diverse aesthetic education, they can discover and express themselves, experiencing endless joy and a sense of accomplishment in the process.
Leader School offers a diverse and engaging range of courses, sparking young children's curiosity and interest in various fields. Through a wide array of activities, we aim for children to discover their passions and talents, while also experiencing endless joy and a sense of accomplishment.
Every Leader School campus features a rooftop garden where we grow organic fruits and vegetables. Not only are the daily meals prepared using our homegrown produce, but the garden also serves as an excellent place for children to learn about agricultural education. From seeds sprouting in the soil, to watering and growing, and then to harvesting, washing, cooking, and finally serving on the table, even children living in the city have the opportunity to connect with nature and understand its processes.
The health and safety of children are also among our top priorities. Every campus of Leader is equipped with a medical room specifically for young children, staffed by certified nurses with national qualifications and experience working in hospitals or clinics. Each morning, as children arrive at school, we implement thorough hand sanitization, temperature checks, and oral inspections. Every semester, we also organize regular dental check-ups, fluoride treatments, physical examinations, and hygiene education sessions. The goal is to safeguard the children's health and safety while fostering proper hygiene habits from a young age.
